Simply losing value in your portfolio does not mean that your broker or investment firm has done anything wrong or has been negligent. But it is particularly important in volitile times to make sure you are invested and allocated properly.
Now is the time to get the guidance and expert advice you are paying for. In addition, remember it is your money. Do not allow your broker to push you into products you do not understand.
